Compatibility
These DX21 presets are compatible with other Yamaha 4-operator, 8-algorithm FM synths like the TX81Z, DX27, DX27S and DX100. Note though, that all these synths vary in some features – eg. the DX21 has a lovely chorus that its siblings don't have. Therefore these presets might not sound exactly the same and some parameters will be ignored.
